If you have to cancel your trip because you, your spouse or your children become ill 90-
days prior to departure, you will get a 100% refund minus the price of the flight.
If you purchase Ingstad Trip Assurance, you will be covered up until the day before
departure with a 40% cash refund and 40% credit for a future trip.
Traditional Travel Insurance is also available upon request (More expensive, but
guarantees a full cash refund, plus other perks).
A portion of your refund may be a credit or cash and come from the airline, or insurance
company.

Trip Assurance is available for $250 per person.
With Trip Assurance, if you have to cancel because of a medical condition or death in your
immediate family less than 60-days prior to the trip, we’ll refund 40% of your payment; plus
you’ll receive another 40% of your payment in the form of a future trip credit, minus the
Trip Assurance charge.
You may cancel outside of 60-days with a full refund, minus the flight price and Trip Assurance.
